If my team buys your home directly, we cannot pay full retail.

And we will never pretend we can.

A direct offer has to account for repairs, closing costs, holding costs, resale expenses, risk, and profit.

No tricks. Just math.

But cash is not automatically the right answer.

Depending on your home, its condition, your timeline, and what you need to walk away with, there may be four realistic paths:

1. McDill REI may purchase the property directly.

2. Fluid Realty may list it as-is on the open market.

3. Turntide Construction may complete targeted repairs before Fluid lists it.

4. Improving the home and staying put may make more sense.

Not every property will qualify for every path.

The goal is not to force every homeowner into the same solution. It is to compare the likely net, timeline, owner effort, cost, and uncertainty of each realistic option.

Then YOU decide.

What matters most right now?

-The highest realistic net?

-The least amount of work?

-Or reaching a firm timeline?

Send me a message with the word OPTIONS, the property address, any known repairs, and your desired timeline.

Jana and I will personally review the information, explain what we can and cannot do, and help determine the responsible next step.
